How can I pay for my goods?

When paying online you have a number of options. The easiest and most convenient way to pay online is with PayPal. If you do choose PayPal then you can choose to pay using your PayPal balance or by using your credit or debit card. If you do not have a PayPal account then they are free and easy to set up. 

Alternatively, you can also pay directly using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express debit or credit card, through the PayPal app just select pay by card. The great news by doing it this way, you are covered by PayPal!


Order & tracking updates

Will I receive a confirmation email?

As soon as you place your order with us you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email from us when we have dispatched your item. 



What are your delivery charges?

Orders to the UK will be charged a flat rate fee of just £2.85 if the order is under 1kg in weight, 1 to 2kg will be charged £4.05 and anything from 2kg to 10kg will be charged at £8.98.  Your price for delivery will be calculated as you shop.  If you require a faster postage, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a price.  

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, delivery is quoted between 2-5 working days.

What shipping service do you use?

For UK orders, we ship using Hermes.

Refunds & Returns policy

If for some reason you need to return your delivery then please follow the steps below, or please contact us via our Contact Us page or email [email protected]

My parcel has arrived and the product is faulty

-          Please email us at [email protected] and let us know about the item which is faulty, we will then contact you back by email

-          You will need to send the faulty item back and we will be happy to exchange or refund

-          We will also refund the cost of the postage

 Tea Blend returns

 We are unable to accept returns on any tea packets or jars that are purchased.  Please do get in touch via email or phone if you have any concerns with your blend so that we can make sure you have the perfect tea experience.
